Financial Services

ConnectLA's Financial Services section is currently under development. However, future coming attractions include:

  • Tips on creating and maintaining a budget with downloadable forms.
  • Links to banks and other financial resources.
  • Database of resources that provide financial assistance and education.
  • "Ask the Accountant" function where community members could submit financial questions via email to accountants and MBA students and get responses.
  • Get assistance in completing your taxes.
  • Assistance and links to resources for entrepreneurs, start-up and small businesses; sample business plans, etc.
  • Chats and bulletin boards allowing small business owners to interact with each other.
  • Information on investing (i.e. 401k/403b, mutual funds, college funds for children, IRAs, etc.).
  • Online instruction on start Savings and/or Investment Clubs or Circles.
  • Information available in English and Spanish.
